Please look at the pictures or videos and ask questions before purchasing. Hand made pottery is unique and often "wabi-sabi" or irregular. It is the mark of a hand made item. Computer monitors vary in color representation, so there are often slight differences from monitor colors and physical product colors. I try my best to represent the item in its most accurate likeness. Most of my work is also shown on my social media (Instagram and Facebook) pages where you can see the item and often the process used to create it.

I hand pack and ship all of my pottery myself, ensuring each piece is carefully wrapped and packed in a way that ensures your product will arrive undamaged. In the event that it does become damaged, please photograph the box prior to opening if the box arrives damaged. Photograph the contents and the damaged piece(s). Please email me at Happycatclayart@gmail.com or text me at 208-972-2459 and include your tracking number and photographs. I insure all of my deliveries and will refund your purchase as soon as I receive this information to file a claim. I ship USPS Priority Mail with tracking and insurance.
