I hand pack and ship all of my pottery myself, ensuring each piece is carefully wrapped and packed in a way that ensures your product will arrive undamaged. In the event that it does become damaged, please photograph the box prior to opening if the box arrives damaged. Photograph the contents and the damaged piece(s). I insure all of my deliveries and will refund your purchase as soon as I receive this information to file a claim. I ship USPS Priority Mail with tracking and insurance.

Computer monitors vary in color representation, so there are often slight differences from monitor colors and physical product colors. I try my best to represent the item in its most accurate likeness. Most of my work is also shown on my social media (Instagram and Facebook) pages where you can see the item and often the process used to create it.
